Versatility:
The system can handle cantilevers, drop beams,
column capitals, and other common forming
requirements, including forming of ramps.
Pro-Shore is capable of forming ramps at
grades of up to 17 degrees.
Pro-Shore has been developed and refined with the assistance of U.S. Contractors, on U.S. jobs. The system has all the benefits of European design coupled with features and components fine-tuned by domestic builders.
The Pro-Shore system is based on Imperial dimensions. An 8' x 6' grid equals 48 square feet per post. There are no metric components.
Pro-Shore can be used with either Pro-Shore joists and loose plywood, or Pro-Deck paneled deck system. The shore drop-heads enable the contractor to lower the ledgers, joists, and the plywood (or the deck panels) as soon as the concrete reaches required strength, and quickly cycle these components to the next pour. The shores are then reset in place, eliminating the need for an additional setting of re-shores.
This capability reduces inventory, and less inventory means lower costs and reduced handling labor.
